What You Bring

  • Trade qualification in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics
  • Proven experience in team leadership or mentoring within a workshop setting
  • Minimum 1-2 years of workshop supervisory experience
  • Dealership experience in the automotive industry
  • Proven ability to maintain composure under stress and actively promotes a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Strong understanding of workshop safety, diagnostics, and service standards
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and support your team under pressure
  • A team-first attitude, with flexibility to stay back when needed and lead by example
  • Australian work rights are essential for this position
