As a cybersecurity expert, you will play a critical role in securing the identity lifecycle by configuring, maintaining and uplifting access solutions. This includes ensuring least-privilege access is adequately controlled and governed across complex IT and OT environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and manage Microsoft identity tools and platforms.
  • Design and implement solutions to manage identities and access controls across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Identify opportunities to automate components of the identity lifecycle, including user account creation, modification and deletion processes.
  • Monitor and audit privileged access activities.
  • Implement single sign-on solutions to streamline user authentication.
  • Configure and enforce multi-factor authentication to enhance security.
  • Document patterns and designs.
  • Contribute to the development of identity governance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into development and operational processes.
  • Respond to security incidents, providing expert analysis and remediation.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Understand IAM principles, frameworks and global compliance standards.
  • Experience with IAM/PAM solutions or similar technologies.
  • Proficiency in cloud security tools and platforms.
  • Skills in integrating secrets management with CI/CD tools.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts and tools.
  • Ability to implement AI-driven identity management solutions.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms.
  • Understanding of cloud security and identity management.
  • Skills in programming languages like Python, Java, PowerShell or Bash.
  • Ability to automate identity management processes.
  • Experience with data analytics tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
  • Understanding of DevSecOps practices and tools.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools.
  • Knowledge of zero-trust security models and implementation.
  • Understanding of encryption technologies and key management practices.
  • Experience with security architecture and design reviews.
