Job Title

Cybersecurity Risk Management Professional

The Cybersecurity Risk Management Professional plays a critical role in delivering a company's cybersecurity strategy and programme. This position works closely with business stakeholders to understand their technology roadmap and act as the primary interface between the business and the global security organisation.

This role is responsible for driving the company's global cybersecurity strategy, assisting internal business teams with navigating various security assessment processes, identifying and managing information security risk areas such as vulnerabilities and control deficiencies, and management and delivery of both planned projects and risk reduction initiatives from gathering business requirements to working with technical teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with local stakeholder groups within the company to drive our global cybersecurity strategy.
  • Assisting internal business teams with navigating various security assessment processes and providing security guidance and support.
  • Identifying and managing information security risk areas such as vulnerabilities and control deficiencies.
  • Management and delivery of both planned projects and risk reduction initiatives from gathering business requirements to working with technical teams.

This role contributes to Global workstreams to uplift the security posture for the company as a whole by working with other Cybersecurity professionals from other companies.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar cybersecurity role working with the business (1 to 3 years).
  • Ability to communicate and explain cybersecurity principles to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Taking data and translating into a relatable, digestible form for business teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Project management skills and ability to manage workload.
