We're seeking an expert in cybersecurity to safeguard our information systems, applications, and infrastructure. This complex role requires hands-on knowledge of security controls, vulnerability management, incident response, and DevSecOps.

About the Job

This position involves overseeing and securing information systems, applications, and infrastructure across a hybrid environment. As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security controls across enterprise IT and digital services.

  • Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity controls across enterprise IT and digital services.
  • Manage and optimize security tools including SIEM, endpoint protection, DLP, CASB, XDR, IAM, WAF, and proxies.
  • Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and threat modelling; develop and execute mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and respond to incidents, working with the SOC to investigate and contain threats.
  • Enhance DevSecOps processes to minimize vulnerabilities and improve automation.
  • Continuously improve the configuration and effectiveness of all security technologies.
About You

You should have hands-on experience with:

  • SIEM and event monitoring (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel).
  • Vulnerability management (e.g., Tenable, Nessus).
  • Endpoint security & XDR (e.g., Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike).
  • DLP, CASB, WAF, IPS/IDS.
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Proven experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise-grade security systems.
  • Skilled in incident response, risk assessments, patching, and remediation.
  • Familiar with DevSecOps practices and securing hybrid/multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud desirable).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Cybersecurity Requirements

We require the following certifications or equivalent experience:

  • Nessus Professional.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate.
  • CompTIA Security+.
