Lead Recoveries Team to Excellence

Be a strategic leader and drive operational efficiency, revenue recovery, and team performance. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our recoveries team and achieve outstanding claims settlement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and motivate a team of recoveries specialists to deliver exceptional results.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, quality checks, and provide constructive feedback for development plans.
  • Drive process improvements, identify opportunities for enhancement, and collaborate with insurers for better relationships.
  • Manage team productivity, timekeeping, leave, and performance data for seamless operations.
  • Provide training, develop resources, and analyse team performance, case law developments, and operational trends for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous.
  • Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent numeracy, literacy, and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail, integrity, and a results-driven mindset.
