Key responsibilities include:

Leading Process Improvements

Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and insurer relationships.

Team Management

Manage team productivity, timekeeping, leave, and performance data.

Training and Development

Provide training and development resources for Claims and Recoveries teams.

Analysis and Reporting

Analyse and report on team performance, case law developments, and operational trends to senior management.

Approve settlements, recovery rates, task extensions, and other key decisions within delegation authority.
