We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our testing initiatives and drive strategic projects that improve customer experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement test strategies, estimate resources, and timeframes for completion
  • Build effective connections with stakeholders to understand business drivers/requirements and assert acceptance criteria
  • Lead and develop an effective team by promoting testing best practices, upskilling testing capabilities, and aligning to organisational values
  • Develop and manage strong working relationships within the Tester Community and across all communities

In this role, you will be responsible for improving testing capabilities within IWPB Australia – Process Implementation and Change Team, aiming to achieve our organisation's strategy. You will lead and drive strategic projects to improve customer experience by expanding and enhancing our digital servicing propositions across all channels, displaying excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships within the team and with internal stakeholders, being goal-driven, and able to perform efficiently and effectively in an agile environment.
