Job Summary:

Strategic Test Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of a comprehensive testing roadmap for Credit Risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a 12-month forward-looking strategy that encompasses all types of testing, including environment setup, data requirements, third-party service providers (TSPs), and upstream data sources.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in developing and implementing testing roadmaps. They will be able to guide decisions around environment setup, data requirements, TSPs, and upstream data sources.

Candidates will need to demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A hybrid working arrangement is available for this role, with the opportunity to work from home.

The contract is available for an initial 6-month term, with the possibility of extension on a long-term project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a 12-month forward-looking testing roadmap for Credit Risk.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy that encompasses all types of testing.
  • Guide decisions around environment setup, data requirements, TSPs, and upstream data sources.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve testing objectives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in testing, with a focus on leadership and strategy.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
