Job Title: Testing Site Partner

Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead global testing teams and drive business growth with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing large software testing teams in production-oriented environments, delivering testing services, and executing project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning the overall testing scope and maintaining its alignment with strategic business objectives;
  • Setting program plans, prioritizing tasks, ensuring optimization, and resolving conflicts to improve efficiency towards business results or strategic intent;
  • Guiding and mentoring the testing team to ensure they remain effective and engaged in a matrix structure;
  • Leading all service aspects of the testing profit and loss based on account governance guidelines;
  • Partnering with Customer Business Executive (CBE) and Service Partner (SP) teams to provide holistic, end-to-end services to customers and build credibility, value, and relationships;
  • Understanding customer strategic needs and the business environment, and partnering with CBE to enable new testing opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience leading large software testing teams in production-oriented environments;
  • 8 years of experience delivering testing services or project management execution;
  • Experience with customer-facing activities;
  • 5 years of experience working in telecommunications industries;
  • Experience managing projects in global setups (multi-countries);
  • Experience operating within complex, multi-interface environments;
  • Proven ability to solve potential problems before they become customer issues.
