Job Title

A lead role where you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of Test and Release Management strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Create a culture where Test and Release Management tools are relevant and improved to support agile methods;
  • Nurture high-performing teams that excel in collaboration;
  • Manage the availability of release to new features and code;
  • Educate and execute Test and Release activities;
  • Effective scheduling, resource allocation and governance controls;
  • Provide expert advisory services to leadership and stakeholders;
  • Define and manage budget across Test and Release Management capability;
  • Owning Test and Release management OKRs and delivery outcomes;
  • Contribute to Foundations Strategy and strategic outcomes for E2E testing and Release management activities;
  • Tracking progress, identifying risks and maintaining dashboards.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • TAFE or tertiary qualifications in Information Technology/ Test and Release Management;
  • A strong understanding of Test and Release Management principles with experience as a lead or manager;
  • An ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking;
  • A proactive approach to managing change and innovation.
