Test Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled test leader to drive strategic initiatives and oversee testing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement testing approaches for new member onboarding and release certification.
  • Drive strategic initiatives for improving member certification, vendor quality, and supporting tools.
  • Engage with member test managers and business representatives to support their testing requirements.
  • Lead the creation of testing documentation for release certification and guide it through the approval process.
  • Support live proving and other member go-live activities.
  • Ensure quality assurance of vendor deliverables, particularly testing related deliverables.
  • Manage line responsibilities for testers supporting NPP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop testing strategies and execute testing plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong test management/test leadership experience preferably in an Australian payments environment.
  • Detailed understanding of NPP real-time payments at a systems or operational level.
  • Experience with driving strategic initiatives and strategic vision.
  • Strong experience with functional testing, non-functional testing, resilience testing, vendor management, vendor quality assurance, and automated testing.
  • General understanding of BPAY payments or eftpos/card payments at a systems or operational level.
  • Ability to engage with technical specifications and confidently deal with ambiguity.
  • Strong stakeholder management, team collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills.
