As the Head of Acquisition Performance & Enablement, you'll be responsible for analyzing the effectiveness of our acquisition marketing activity and sales channel execution. You'll execute our Consumer Growth strategy, provide and continuously improve sales enablement, and ensure best-in-class sales execution.
You'll work closely with our Customer Experience & Insights team to leverage market and competitor data, measuring sales performance in key strategic areas. You'll also collaborate with our Commercial Planning & Insights team to provide financial and business insights, supporting planning and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Measure the performance of our Consumer Growth strategy, ensuring up-to-date and actionable insights into Builders, Movers, Sponsorship & Partnership campaigns and initiatives.
* Provide capability and resources to enable execution of the strategy and planning activities within value streams, e.g., invoicing, operations, go-to-market, and other activities.
* Analyze sales performance data to derive insights and identify areas for improvement in residential and SME customer segments.
* Utilize advanced modeling techniques to identify and prioritize residential and SME customer segments and lead initiatives targeting high-value residential and SME customer segments.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with experience in customer acquisition performance and enablement activities, preferably within the energy retail sector.
* Comprehensive understanding of the energy retail industry, including market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscapes.
* Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, using insights to drive strategic decisions and optimize acquisition efforts.
* Strong strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to formulate and execute plans aligned with organizational objectives.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
