Main Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a Resource Planner to manage day-to-day operational planning for Voice (Inbound & Outbound) and BPO operations, including scheduling, rostering, and workflow coordination against forecasts.
  • This role requires optimising resources for maximum impact by ensuring effective alignment with workload and strategic priorities across Voice, Digital, and BPO operations.
  • The ideal candidate will plan and manage schedules to deliver seamless service and achieve operational objectives.
  • Conduct intra-day real-time monitoring against both transactional (BPO) and inbound call volumes, highlighting additional resource requirements and performance challenges.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience working in Resource Planning and workforce management systems within a contact centre environment is essential.
  • A strong understanding of contact centre telephony systems, such as Automatic Call Distributors (ACD), is also required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a must.
