Job Title: Resource Optimizer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Resource Optimizer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational planning for Voice (Inbound & Outbound) and BPO operations, including scheduling, rostering, and workflow coordination against forecasts.

About the Role:

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity. As a Resource Optimizer, you will optimize resources for maximum impact by ensuring effective alignment with workload and strategic priorities across Voice, Digital, and BPO operations. You will also plan and manage schedules, conduct intra-day real-time monitoring, build and manage resourcing models, and provide payroll and operational support.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need previous demonstrated experience working in a Resource Planning and workforce management systems within a contact centre environment. Strong understanding of contact centre telephony systems, e.g., Automatic Call Distributors (ACD), is also required. Additionally, you will need strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and excellent interpersonal skills.
