Job Description

The Workforce Management Specialist plays a crucial role in optimizing resource allocation and ensuring seamless operations across all shops. This involves developing strategies to manage resources effectively, ensuring that all shops are covered at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize coverage for all stores through monthly and quarterly planning
  • Coordinate staff movement to ensure smooth operations
  • Review staff allocation and plan for sick leave, maternity leave cover, and other fluctuations
  • Manpower forecast: monthly, quarterly, yearly - work with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition Team to plan for hires and other gaps identified
  • Monitor real-time data on shop performance to adjust the required manpower
  • Create rosters and shifts as needed
  • Work closely with HRBPs to monitor return-to-work cases and submit relevant forms
  • Maintain open communication between shops and back-office management
  • Provide data-based recommendations to leadership on manpower planning and hiring/training needs
  • Monitor store KPIs related to manpower allocation
