Workforce Planning Role

This role is within the Workforce Planning team and focuses on analysis to support Flight and Cabin crew resource planning functions. The tasks include advanced scenario modelling, forecasting, reporting, and coordination of key inputs and assumptions into the monthly, seasonal, and long-term planning processes.

The successful candidate will deliver advanced reporting capability to enable ongoing measurement of labour-related metrics and optimize business performance. They will also develop strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders to showcase data sets and improvements to the business.

We're looking for a professional with background in Data Analytics who has a strong understanding of workforce planning fundamentals. The ideal candidate will have highly developed analytic, strategic, lateral thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as advanced numeracy skills to analyze, interpret, and present numerical data for business insight.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Background in Data Analytics
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning fundamentals
  • Highly developed analytic, strategic, lateral thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced numeracy skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated capability and commitment to improve roster efficiency and utilisation
  • Proficiency in data science and AI technologies preferred
