**Project Cost Manager Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Cost Manager to oversee the commercial and financial performance of our projects.

  • Ensure that all relevant contracts and jobs are set up fully in our internal financial systems, enabling timely invoicing, cost monitoring and report generation
  • Monitor timesheet (human resources and assets) and invoice accuracy to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Drive client requirements aligned to contract deliverables to realise opportunities for maximising outcomes

**Key Responsibilities:**

Ensure accurate and timely project cost reports, including weekly, monthly and quarterly project reporting expectations

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, project engineers, schedulers, client focal points and administrators to achieve project objectives

Mentor site personnel and administrators on client requirements to ensure compliance and effective working practices

Participate in internal gate review processes for proposals and estimates prior to submitting to clients

Ensure accurate equipment utilisation for the project and support the capital expenditure process for new equipment

**Requirements:**

A minimum of 3 years' experience working within complex project cost control environments

Experience working in the construction/maintenance/operations industry would be advantageous but is not essential

Experience liaising with internal and external customers to meet their needs and expectations

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to interpret financial data
