Job Description

A degree qualified Process or Mechanical Engineer with experience in delivering capital projects within various industries is required.

About the Role

We are seeking Project Engineers to partner with our clients in delivering all sized projects and capital works across Melbourne and Sydney.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical engineering advice and project management support as part of a diverse team to deliver multi-disciplinary design from early phase scope definition to detailed design.
  2. Build strong long-term relationships with clients, demonstrating an understanding of their core business needs.
  3. Undertake and lead engineering reviews, investigations, options assessments, and designs.
  4. Manage project finances, including cost tracking, forecasting, and ensuring spend aligns with objectives.
  5. Lead and mentor more junior engineers, promoting their professional growth and development.
  6. Provide implementation phase support, including contractor supervision, progress monitoring, schedule reviews, contract management, and procurement assistance.
