The Program Director, Performance and Assurance is responsible for leading the optimization of performance across capital projects and programs. This role ensures effective and efficient delivery of infrastructure program and project assurance functions, management of project advice, lessons learnt and knowledge sharing platforms and processes.

This role leads a team that manages review processes and associated reporting, requiring highly developed stakeholder engagement and management skills. The Program Director will also lead HI's engagement with strategic policies and issues impacting on infrastructure delivery agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in planning, procurement, and/or delivery of major infrastructure projects
