Job Title: Youth Job Coach

The position of Youth Job Coach involves delivering intensive person-centred case management and mentorship to approximately 50 Transition to Work (TtW) participants, aged 15-24. This role encompasses undertaking direct employer marketing, providing individual support, and facilitating group-based job search sessions to motivate and promote further job placements for participants.

As a key member of the team, you will work effectively with a culturally diverse range of people, employers, and staff, demonstrating strong assessment, case management, and motivational skills.

This vital role requires the successful candidate to hold a current driver's licence, possess experience within the Youth or Employment Services, and have a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development or Youth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver intensive person-centred case management and mentorship to TtW participants
  • Undertake direct employer marketing and provide individualised support
