About the Role:

This role supports young adults with a disability to build employability skills and successfully enter the workforce or engage in further education or training.

The primary responsibility is providing structured training and workplace skills development to support a young person to engage in meaningful employment pathways.

Responsibilities include delivering face-to-face skills training, overseeing individual training goals, liaising with external parties, promoting the program externally and internally, identifying learning support needs, and ensuring effective program delivery.

About You:

  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively market the program within various settings.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and measure training outcomes.
  • Build a positive link with clients, family members, and support agencies.
  • Ability to provide employment-focused skills-based training.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritise, and use initiative.
