Job Title: AOD Service Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive service coordinator to provide day-to-day service delivery through education, interventions, group work, assessment, referral and case management within a recovery-orientated and person-led service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor individual treatment plans and maintain case management documentation, records, reports and data collection.
  • Assess and mitigate client and program risk in accordance with organisational policy and procedures.
  • Demonstrate commitment to an environment that values continuous improvement and innovation in the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Aquire and maintain a good working knowledge of referral and support options for clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Diploma level qualification in a relevant discipline (AOD, Community Services, Case Management).
  • Completed 4 AOD Skill Set Units (or willing to undertake/complete during employment).
  • Current valid driver's licence.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with unpredictable situations and behaviours utilising de-escalation techniques.
  • Compliance with an alcohol, gambling and drug-free workplace.
  • First aid certificate.
  • Ability to critically reflect on professional practice and attitudes.
  • Ability to develop and tailor programs to meet client needs.
  • Adaptability to change and new opportunities.
  • Valid NSW driver's licence.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
