Overview:
This role is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and coordination of alcohol and other drugs (AOD) treatment access programs.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in AOD treatment access programs and service delivery.
About this opportunity- We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of AOD treatment access programs.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective coordination of treatment access programs to ensure evidence-based, person-centered, safe, high-quality, and effective services.
- Developing, implementing, and coordinating AOD treatment access programs to ensure business continuity and a whole-of-sector approach.
- Ensuring effective coordination of treatment access programs to ensure evidence-based, person-centered, safe, high-quality, and effective services.
- Delivering high-quality written reports, briefs, and cabinet documents to inform or respond to agency, media, or Government requests.
- Building collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders within NSW Health, other government agencies, and non-government organizations.
To be eligible for this role, applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- Australian citizenship
- Permanent Australian residency
- New Zealand citizenship with a current New Zealand passport
- Citizenship of another country with an appropriate visa allowing work in Australia
