About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and coordination support to project leadership, manage aspects of project work packages, and support development of work proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to project leadership.
  • Manage aspects of project work packages, and support development of work proposals.
  • Support finance and resource management.
  • Support document management and reporting.
  • Coordinate various process improvement activities.
  • Establish and grow relationships with existing and potential stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Three or more years of experience supporting Geospatial projects;
  • Defence sector or Federal Government experience;
  • Experience contributing to project artefacts and documentation;
  • Strong ability with financial and budgetary processes;
  • Superior leadership skills;
  • Exposure to Waterfall or Agile project delivery methods;
  • Experience with MS Project and ideally Jira.
