**Product Manager for AI Innovation**

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the next phase of product evolution, accelerating deployment, scaling adoption, and cementing our position as the industry standard.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our innovative Editorial AI team. As a key leader, you will drive execution and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment with many concurrent projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the modern AI/ML landscape, especially Large Language Models (LLMs), and be able to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deploy AI prototypes into production, ensuring seamless integration and maximum uptime.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with development, QA, infrastructure, and editorial teams for smooth releases.
  • Owning the roadmap for maintaining, enhancing, and scaling live AI tools.
  • Evaluating emerging AI models to identify opportunities for improved quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyzing user feedback to prioritize fixes, refinements, and new features.
  • Working with Prompt Engineers and QA to refine datasets for ongoing model optimization.
  • Ensuring high performance and reliability of AI applications.
  • Serving as the primary contact for production tool issues, bugs, or outages.
  • Defining success metrics and driving continuous improvement through performance analytics.
