Our organization is pioneering the development of risk management and fatality prevention software for high-risk industries. By leveraging AI and data, we aim to identify hazards earlier and protect people.

The Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the delivery of AI-powered product capabilities and transform data into measurable business outcomes. This role involves defining a multi-year Ai/Data strategy, setting governance for data quality and MLOps, embedding Responsible AI, and representing Ai/Data with customers and executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a long-term vision for Ai/Data initiatives and prioritize projects aligned with commercial outcomes.
  • Establish outcome-based OKRs, investment cases, and quarterly portfolio reviews to govern delivery and unblock systemic issues.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of data platform and MLOps standards, ensuring data governance, lineage, quality SLAs, feature management, model registry, training/serving pipelines, and observability.
  • Institutionalize Responsible AI practices, including risk assessment, explainability, bias monitoring, and human-in-the-loop, ensuring auditability for safety-sensitive contexts.
  • Build and retain high-performing managers and principal talent, establishing hiring standards and operating rhythms for a remote organization.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with cloud/data/Ai vendors and research groups, representing Ai/Data with customers and executives.
