Program Leadership Role

We are seeking an exceptional Program Lead to spearhead our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) implementation initiative as part of our regionalization program.

This leadership position will play a pivotal role in shaping the EMR implementation approach for Dedalus ANZ, with a focus on target opportunities.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Defining and executing the EMR implementation program strategy
  • Creating key materials to articulate the EMR implementation approach
  • Liaising with stakeholders and ensuring day-to-day management and governance
  • Managing finances, scheduling, risks, and governance
  • Providing expert guidance on project processes and offering constructive feedback
  • Overseeing risk and issue management, reporting, and escalation
  • Serving as subject matter expert and leading product launch walk-through sessions

To succeed in this challenging role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare, hospitals, or health management backgrounds
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering EMR and Patient Management Systems clinical systems
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing business initiatives and projects based on commercial objectives
  • Experience working with IT interfaces within organizations, particularly clinicians
  • Knowledge of ANZ healthcare processes and requirements
  • Clinical credentials
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Presentation skills to communicate effectively with management and customers
