We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Skincare Specialist at Sephora's Castle Towers location. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in inspiring and helping our customers achieve their best skin possible.

About the Opportunity

In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment options, and preventive measures to help them achieve their skincare goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and the latest skincare trends and techniques to provide expert advice to our customers.
  • Utilize your excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and fellow team members, ensuring a positive and inclusive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A certificate or qualification in skincare (highly desirable).
  • Previous sales experience and excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • A passion for skincare and a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques.
