The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as a sales assistant, supervisor or team leader, with a proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs. They will be motivated, driven, and have a passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed.

The successful applicant will ensure efficient operation of their store, achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage. They will motivate their team to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets across stores.

The role also involves closely monitoring store sales, achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, acknowledging outstanding results, and identifying areas of missed opportunity. Effective management of wage costs, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards, is also a key aspect of the job.

Other responsibilities include coaching and mentoring team members to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development, ensuring training and succession plans are in place. Efficient OH&S management and adherence to state and national OH&S legislation are also essential.
