Store Manager Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and motivated retail leader with a proven track record of success in managing high-performing store teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily store operations to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Foster a high-performance culture through team motivation, training, and mentoring
  • Monitor store performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and visual merchandising to brand standards
  • Manage rostering and control wage costs efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment
  • Strong leadership qualities with a results-focused and proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication and team development skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store performance
  • Experience with stock management, operations, and visual merchandising
