This is a strategic procurement specialist role within the Projects and Development Services (PDS) team at JLL. The team provides corporate and institutional clients with management of design, construction, and relocation services to minimize risk and eliminate unnecessary cost.

As a key member of the PDS team, you will be responsible for delivering best total value outcomes and mitigating commercial and supply risk for construction works projects. This includes owning vendor panel registration, managing migration of the current vendor supply panel to new contracts, compliance and performance reporting processes, as well as administering tendering for bulk procurement activity and individual capital works projects.

The role requires strong partnership engagement with vendors, focusing on Occupational Health and Safety, value for money, and efficiency. You will lead efforts to improve supply chain efficiency, maintain service and product quality standards, and reduce costs. Identifying and evaluating new market trends, dynamics, and opportunities will also be an essential aspect of this role.

To succeed in this position, you will have a related Business/Commerce degree with proven experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, and negotiation. Key skills required include confidently managing the procurement process from EOI through to contract award, establishing tenders for property services and/or construction suppliers, carrying out commercial negotiations within established limits of authority, possessing a basic understanding of the project management process, and understanding supply chain performance measures.
