Style State is a leading fashion wholesaler with a reputable history of over 30 years. We stock Australia wide and globally to several thousand stockists.

We offer generous bonuses and incentives for high performance, with potential earnings up to $200-$500+ added to weekly wage. In addition to weekly bonus, we also have achievable monthly team bonuses and yearly bonuses.

The position is available for full time only at our Collingwood showroom office in the heart of the fashion wholesale industry, with parking spot available and convenient transport options nearby.

We also gift monthly wardrobe pieces, to keep you looking stylish every day

About the Role:

  • Managing customer accounts and building relationships with regular buyers of online and physical store retailers/shop owners.
  • Providing customer service in the showroom and online channels, selling full range of styles to B2B clientele.
  • Maximising sales with excellent product knowledge and upselling.
  • Processing orders and creating invoices.
  • Providing feedback to management and design teams on stock levels, bestsellers and customer feedback.
  • Merchandising the showroom and front window mannequin displays.
  • Achieving set weekly/monthly KPI's.

Requirements:

  • Possessing excellent communication and people skills.
  • Has the ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Ability to multi task and be an all-rounder.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Be self motivated and able to work independently.
  • Demonstrate great organisation, planning and time management skills.
  • Strong work ethic and positive can-do attitude.
