Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Accounts Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service.

This exciting opportunity bridges our world-class production capabilities with our esteemed clientele, guaranteeing unparalleled product satisfaction. You will work closely with some of Australia's largest fashion brands and department stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, keeping them informed about production progress and managing their expectations regarding timelines.

  • Maintain proactive, accurate and timely communication with customers to ensure quality customer service is delivered.

  • Generate weekly WIPs to aid in communication with customers.

  • Coordinate regular electronic newsletters to update customers on trend forecasts and new designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex production concepts for diverse audiences.

  • Solid grounding in fashion accessory manufacturing processes, familiar with common challenges and standards of quality.

  • Innate ability to tackle production issues creatively, ensuring solutions meet client needs without compromising quality.

  • Demonstrated history of excellent customer service, with a focus on building and maintaining positive client relationships.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

  • Previous experience in a similar role or fashion production is a plus.

  • Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes in the fashion industry is a bonus.

Benefits

Package Includes:

  • $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year salary.
