Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Key Account Manager. This individual will be responsible for managing key relationships with customers, building and maintaining strong partnerships, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in sales and account management, preferably in a luxury fashion retail or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven success in driving business growth through strategic planning, goal-setting, and execution.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for fashion, with knowledge of the latest trends and products.
Responsibilities:

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to drive business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth, leveraging industry insights and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members, developing their skills and abilities to achieve business objectives.

Operational Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective management of inventory, stock control, and cash handling.
