At Ally we're not just about fashion, we're about making a statement We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and oversee all store operations. **What you'll do**:

- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure stock availability. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance and appeal.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Manage the store's budget, including expenses and payroll.

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A positive attitude and a passion for creating amazing customer experiences.
