Job Opportunity: Security Customer Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this role.

  • The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in Microsoft Security products and excellent customer service skills.

This position requires strong technical skills, including experience with automation languages (PowerShell) and Power Automate.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics/Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in the technology industry, cloud, technical support, cybersecurity consulting, or customer experience engineering.

Additional Requirements

  • Must meet Microsoft security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire and every two years thereafter.

In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues related to Microsoft Security products. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer architecture and resolve break/fix issues.
