We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our team in the role of National Workforce Planning Manager. This leadership position is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of resource planning across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Resource Planning: Develop resource requirement scenarios to support long-term growth and expansion plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Resource Deployment: Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on resource deployment and budget control, maintaining cost efficiency and financial targets.
- Resource Management: Manage the resource-related components of the operational budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and optimal resource utilization.
- Operational Readiness: Identify opportunities to optimize resource utilization while maintaining service quality and operational readiness.
This is a leadership role requiring strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in operational resource planning, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of Resource Management Systems.
