The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greeting Guests: Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in.
- Providing Information: Offer information about hotel amenities and services.
- Resolving Issues: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any problems that may occur during their stay.
- Processing Payments: Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
- Coordinating with Staff: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
- Assisting with Events: Assist with planning and executing events hosted at the hotel.
- Maintaining Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail and organizational skills
