We are seeking a seasoned Senior Automation Quality Assurance Leader to join our team at Suncorp Group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive quality and excellence in software testing.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing testing strategies, process improvements, and standards for deliverables. They will provide thought leadership in QA practices and drive continuous improvements in the QA domain.

  • Lead and execute testing strategies, process improvements, and standards for deliverables
  • Provide thought leadership in QA practices and continuously drive improvements in the QA domain
  • Ensure relevant types and levels of testing (e.g., functional, system, integration, regression, performance, etc.) are executed and planned into the delivery lifecycle
  • Design, develop, and implement frameworks that build quality, automation, and security into Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration pipelines
  • Work with the team to deliver both automated and manual tests to meet delivery milestones
