Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced quality assurance professional who can lead our automated testing efforts and ensure the highest standards of quality in our software products. As a Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies, managing quality assurance processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of quality engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Testing Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy that meets the needs of individual scrum teams delivering on product objectives and business goals.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Oversee the creation, execution, and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional testing.
  • Defect Management: Implement effective defect tracking and management processes, ensuring timely resolution and communication of issues to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, development, and operations teams to integrate quality assurance practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in quality engineering or software testing, covering both on-premise and SaaS products.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of functional testing methodologies and tools, test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress), and Cloud technologies (preferably AWS).
  • Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile testing practices.
