Job Description:

The Automation Test Lead will form an integral part of the Quality Assurance Team. You will need to be eager to learn and motivated to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience within a similar role, working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and Implementing Automation Frameworks
  • Providing Thought Leadership on Testing Automation Tools and Processes
  • Collaborating with Delivery Teams to Implement User Interface Test Automation Across Web and Mobile Apps
  • Driving Change in the Organisation on How Automation Testing is Used to Validate Products
  • Maintaining Automated Regression Test Cases, Test Data and Test Results

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal
  • A Keen Eye for Detail and Understanding of Complex System Integrations
  • Exceptional Organisational Skills
  • Ability to Identify Testing Pain Points and Assist with Implementing Improvements
  • Excel at Collaborating with Others to Provide Recommendations

About You:

Ideally you should be fluent in English as our development team primarily speaks this language. Knowledge of cryptocurrency is a benefit but not a pre-requisite. You will be required to learn the business and how you can directly contribute to our systems performing at an optimal level of quality for our users.
