Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join our team as a Quality Assurance Leader. As a key member of our delivery pipeline, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our Rest products and services by designing, executing, and managing comprehensive test plans and test reports.

You will identify defects early, improve product performance, and ensure that the final deliverables meet business and user requirements, thereby reducing risks and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain digital test plans, test summary reports, and continuously update them to reflect changes in the project to identify potential risks early and plan mitigation strategies.
  • Design and set up robust test automation frameworks using Playwright and Browserstack and seamlessly integrate these frameworks with CI/CD pipelines to facilitate testing across various environments.
  • Possess expertise in ETL, SQL, and database management for efficient data handling, querying, and system integration.
  • Coordinate and manage test execution activities, ensuring they align with the Project delivery goals and timelines, and oversee the creation, review, and management of test cases in Zephyr, ensuring they cover all functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Ensure Jira and Zephyr are configured optimally to support the testing process, customizing dashboards, workflows, and reports as needed to track and manage test execution status as well as defects, ensuring timely reporting, prioritization, and resolution in collaboration with development teams.
  • Work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on testing goals and regularly communicate test progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the testing function and contribute towards DTD QA Roadmap.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with vendors around implementation of testing activities and test phases in line with project goals and timelines.
  • Implementing and executing performance tests on both website and app platforms to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Demonstrating hands-on expertise in visual, functional, and accessibility testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage and quality assurance.
  • Providing mentorship to QA resources, guiding them in upskilling and adopting best practices in test automation.
  • Ensure the 'Test-Driven Delivery' is followed by adopting a shift-left testing approach for the overall test strategy aligned with the project goals and Agile methodologies.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst.
  • Experience in Digital testing – Website, Mobile Apps, Content Management Systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in performing end-to-end testing in accordance with an established Software Testing Life Cycle.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in coordinating and managing UAT for big programs.
  • Experience carrying out Test Planning, stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of testing principles, methods, tools, and technologies, including plans, scenarios, strategies, and related procedures.
  • Experience designing and developing Test Plans and Test Cases with minimal Requirements and Design documents.
  • Working knowledge of test automation frameworks and its implementation.
  • Ability to work autonomously and act as the point of contact on projects where required.
  • Industry experience within Superannuation is preferred.
  • Ability to work across multiple Teams and communicating and collaborating efficiently.
  • Proven track record of a positive 'Can Do' attitude is required.
