
Technical Customer Service Manager

We're seeking a customer service professional to join our team. This is a pivotal leadership role designed for a hands-on manager who thrives in a technical, trade-focused environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire customer journey, from initial inquiry to post-sales support, ensuring every interaction reinforces our reputation for excellence and expertise.
This work involves posing as a customer whilst making detailed observations about your experience, then completing a survey online about the experience.
You will lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional service to a knowledgeable B2B clientele, requiring a blend of people leadership, process improvement, and a deep understanding of customer needs in a technical industry. You'll play a key role in managing client relationships, supporting revenue growth, and strengthening our brand to support our broader commercial goals.
The ideal candidate has an eye for detail and a good memory, is reliable, has great communication skills, and access to the internet. Surveys can take from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete. For over 20 years, we've been helping leading retail brands understand the experience they are delivering to their customers.
