The Role
We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our Toowoomba branch. As the first point of contact for customers, you'll be responsible for ensuring their needs are met with our equipment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Generate hire schedules, quotes, and invoices to meet customer needs
- Coordinate equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, and breakdowns
- Assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment
