We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team at PFD Food Services. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining excellent customer relationships, processing customer orders and enquiries, and performing administrative tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organisational skills, including a strong telephone manner. Previous call centre experience in the food service industry is highly desirable, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first and key point of contact for our customers;
  • Create and maintain excellent customer relationships;
  • Process customer orders and/or enquiries;
  • Perform administrative and general office tasks as required.

Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills including telephone manner;
  • Previous call centre experience preferably in the food service industry;
  • Great computer skills (including Word, Excel);
  • Capable of working under pressure in an exciting team environment.
