The Role

This part-time position is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, working Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 7am to 4pm. As the first point of contact for customers at our Toowoomba branch, your primary goal will be to ensure our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer needs in person, by phone, and email
  • Generate hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
  • Coordinate equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, and breakdowns
  • You may also occasionally need to assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment

Requirements

  • Previous face-to-face customer service experience
  • A desire to provide amazing customer experience
  • General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A quick and adaptable learner
  • Ability to lift and no mobility restrictions
