Job Description

Solution Engineer: You will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, guiding them through secure and scalable solution designs that integrate Dynamics 365 applications with conversational AI and end-to-end automation.

Lead Engagements: Orchestrate proofs of concept, demos, and architecture workshops to translate technical theory into effective contact-center solutions.

Accelerate Transformation: Migrate legacy CRMs, IVRs, and custom applications onto Dynamics 365 and Copilot-enabled Power Platform solutions, unlocking unified data, real-time insights, and AI-assisted service.

Craft Intelligent Experiences: Use Copilot Studio to build, test, and deploy custom copilots that handle routine inquiries, surface contextual knowledge, and escalate complex cases to agents with full conversation history.

Influence Product Direction: Provide feedback from frontline experiences to engineering teams to help Dynamics 365 and Copilot Studio continue to improve and delight customers.

  • Proven experience in solution design, implementation, and delivery
