As a Senior Reinforcing Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of innovative products and services across the construction industry.

Job Summary:

You will leverage your technical expertise to identify and facilitate market entry of our product offerings, focusing on sustainability, long-term profitability and strategic stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage market knowledge to support product planning and solutions (fabrication and construction) to develop market-ready and cost-effective go-to-market activities.
  • Partner with direct customers to embed our products and services in all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Actively seek opportunities to expand market penetration through innovation and strategic proposals.
  • Prepare and deliver technical documents and presentations to educate, influence and support customers.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Civil/Structural).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Engineering – construction products and solutions.
  • Working knowledge of the construction market and engineering drawings.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen.
  • Strong relationship, stakeholder engagement and management skills.
