Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. This role will play a key part in shaping the future of a global product used by thousands every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, pain points, and current experiences.
  • Design and conduct interviews, workshops, focus groups, surveys, and user testing to inform design decisions.
  • Lead solution design workshops with cross-functional teams to ensure customer-centric solutions.
  • Test solutions and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.
  • Advocate for customers across all program capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in customer or user experience research and design.
  • Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Confident in facilitating workshops and engaging diverse customer groups.
  • Ability to work at pace and manage complex challenges.
  • Some design capability desirable, but not essential.
