Job Title: Performance And Conduct Case Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Performance and Conduct Case Manager to join our Performance and Wellbeing Team.

The team is responsible for managing complex people management issues, including performance management, underperformance, investigations, bullying, harassment, workplace conflict/dispute resolution, reviews of action, and Public Interest Disclosures.

A successful candidate will require:

  • Proven research, analytical, and conceptual skills to resolve HR and people management issues
  • Developed case management skills, effective communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to interact sensitively with staff at all levels
  • An understanding of legislative and policy frameworks that relate to people management in the APS

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify solutions to complex HR issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders
  • Ability to understand and apply relevant legislation and policies
